We need a person to take over the roll as “Tactical Command leader” in the alliance.

In taking on the role of Tactical Commander, it is your duty to assist members that need any kind of fleet assistance, whether they've come under attack or want to coordinate an offensive operation against a stronger player. That being said, you will request fleet statuses from time to time, and will need alliance members to cooperate as best they can with tactical decisions. You will take note of player positions and sending out buddy requests so you can communicate with all the alliance fleeter, if and when you need to be more effective in targeting or defence.

You want to be able to make effective raids on other players without starting a war... this means rotating your targets. If you're unsure of what this means, we can help you out. Be aware of your local threats, and if you have concerns about any players local to your position, be sure to inform the (Tactical Command leader) via in-game pm. Or forum.

I need a responsible person to take control of this position, we need a player that is tactical and diplomatic, cool headed and mature, to avoid war at all costs but help the team raid without upsetting alliances, rotational battle strategies.
