Planet Size vs. Distance from the Sun

I once had an account in the early days of Ogame and I remember there were planets as large as 300+ slots and was wondering if they still have planets that large and if so what position relative to the sun they are found most.

Yes they do and their usually in the 4,5,6 slots but I'm not entirety sure what the full ranges are
