help packages?

what do you all think about starting a help system.
new player joins and stronger players can send to the weaker player to help them grow. (wont violate the ogame rules as far as i know)
also someone can get attacked and wiped out (more common thing to happen) and we can send to them to help them rebuild. also still need to be from stronger to weaker player so to not violate ogame rules.
so what do you all think?

this sounds good if people were giving and you could get people to participate is sure would.

Lovly idea would help weaker palyers out a lot but no so much for stonger players

it would certainly help give the new players growth a boost. I have offered to send res. to the weaker players of the u35 branch a couple of times, all a while back though, but not many responded
